Finally Fabulous Friday
My Fabulous Friday moment actually happened on Tuesday of this week. It was finally nice enough to sit out on my deck without a coat, in the sunshine, without horrible wind and stare out at flowers actually blooming. I know that elsewhere in this grand old USA places have had flowers blooming for a long time, but not here. I sat on the deck doing absolutely nothing for 10 whole minutes. I sat in the sun and stared at my gorgeous blooming tulips. The sun felt hot and relaxing on my back. Then Miss 14 broke the silence with a plea for help with Algebra. I told her to go grab her book and we sat on the deck doing homework for a while. Despite the Algebra it was still a Fabulous Friday moment.
